"Due to my stolen purse I lost all my work and home valuable things. I was so stress out to replace them. Heidi jumped in to help. She called and emailed people in-charge and with in 2 hours I got all my cards and keys replaced. I couldn’t do it that fast without her. Thank you Heidi for caring and helping. Excellent work."

Civility: We foster an environment where people interact in a professional. competent, polite and caring manner
"On a recent high-volume test day, proctors Connor Houghton and and Tim Lane maintained a calm, kind, and professional demeanor when a student who was quite displeased about having to abide by our testing policies, expressed that displeasure in an uncivil manner, including blaming Tim and Connor personally for rude treatment, which was not the case. Many people would have been tempted to respond in kind to unfair and untrue comments. Their collective admirable reaction to and handling of this difficult encounter exemplifies several of the Division's values, including Integrity, Service, Excellence, and most of all, Civility."
